Waldeinsamkeit in Fislisbach Switzerland

Waldeinsamkeit simply means being so content and joyful in solitude or in this case being lost in a forest or wald in German. When decisions are tough, head to the forest, so I say.

Well such day is today. There had been lots of things going on in my mind so I took my coat, my mobile phone and headed to a nearby hill just a few minutes from our apartment.

And it helps, I guess. Fresh air really does invigorate and helps the brain think a little clearer.

And because I am a foundling blogger, I will share something of my little walk.

This is the way that runs along the hill. A lot of joggers can be seen on this path in the early morning hours as well as during the afternoon. This is also popular for old people because the path is not steep.
This is the way to our apartment complex. The ones in picture is not our apartment though. 🙂
These are the houses that line the street. As seen, there are lots of small hills and mountains in our area which provides a really good work/like balance. The place is central as it is near the city as well as remote enough to still have a space to breathe.
This shows a part of the town from above the hill. There is a fence that prohibits getting closer because there is a small cliff just below.
And this is me doing her own drama. Since I do not have a tripod with me, I relied on tree branches to hold my phone. 🙂 Blogging is really hard my friend 🙂
Yesterday, spring officially started in Switzerland so although it is still a bit cold, it isn’t so gruesome like winter anymore. 🙂 I am just so happy that Switzerland will be warm again! 🙂

Thank you for reading. I hope I was able to bring you along with me in my little walk. 🙂 If you will, you can also follow  my journey in instagram @pinaysaeuropa.

Let us get to know each other. 🙂
